Upgrading "EventList_byCity_plugin"(Eventlist1.0.2 on Joomla2.5) to work in Joomla3.6.5?

Hi Sweta,

I am not sure if you would like to help migrating the "EventList_byCity_plugin"(Eventlist1.0.2 on Joomla2.5) so that it can work in Joomla3.6.5 ?
-> Actually it works perfectly in Eventlist1.0.2 running on Joomla2.5.28, but now I have to upgrade it to Joomla3.6.5 for security reason.


If you feel good about that, pls. let me know your service charge and leadtime to complete it.

* The plug-in format example: {EventList_byCity City='New York'}

# with the above code being put into an article, the following columns of JEM should be listed from left to right for all events in the city 'New York':
-> "Weekday, Time, Title, Venue, Start Date"
-> the list is sorted by default, the Weekday (i.e Mon, Tue, Wed...), then Time, and finally the Venue;

# Note that:
(i) "Weekday" displays only the weekday (e.g. Mon, Tue, Wed...); and should be in its short form and not the long form;
(ii) "Time" displays only the time: e.g. pm 7:00-8:00 if both the start time and end time are in pm (in Chinese, it will look like this "晚上 07:00 - 08:00"); or am 11:30 - pm 12:30 if the time cross over am ±
(iii) "Start Date" displays only the Date info: e.g. Jul 05, 2011 (in Chinese may look like this 7月05, 2011)
(iv) the plugin is for listing both old and new events (actually they are yoga classes that once started, will be continued on the same weekday and time until we cancel the class)

* The "City" parameter may look like this:
(a) City='WC 灣仔、銅鑼灣'
-> that means it supports unicode characters, space and some non-letter character

(b) City='San Francisco','Daly City'
-> Events in both San Francisco and Daly City will be displayed

(c) Default value, City='YTM 油尖旺區'
-> 'YTM 油尖旺區' is one of the Cities in my company's operation Location
-> there should be an option in the plugin settings to set the default City.
